The Damel’s employment fundamentals
All of our team-members are police cleared, white card certified and fully trained in all aspects of commercial and industrial cleaning. Our staff are also fully insured for public liability for your complete peace of mind and on the ground 365 days a year to meet all your cleaning needs.
Every Damel employee must attend a thorough induction and training course and undergo ongoing extensive training. Staff’s performance is also constantly monitored by our experienced supervisors to ensure they meet the high cleaning standards that our clients have come to expect.

Our staff are trained to our modern and effective cleaning techniques. They are given instructions on the products that we use, including how to meet our strict quality standards and the correct use and application of chemicals. Prior to the commencement of each job, team members are briefed about the particular needs and specific requests of each client. This ensures that every job is consistently completed to the desired level.

At Damel Cleaning Services, the safety of our employees and clients is paramount. As part of our rigorous induction process, staff members also receive valuable Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) training, which includes:
